211 Hampton Park Circle (Formerly 1606 Pot Spring Road)

This classic colonial home was built in 1923 by David Stewart Ridgely (1884-1978), son of John Ridgely of Hampton (5th Master of Hampton Mansion). In 2014 this home underwent a major renovation by Benhoff Builders restoring the home’s original beauty and elegance, and updating all of the home’s systems to cutting edge standards including GeoThermal climate control. Many of the charming, old-world elements of the house were restored including original heart-pine flooring, claw-foot tubs, and various trim and hardware elements. Some of the interesting architectural features that could not be salvaged were reproduced to maintain the original design detail, like the shutters and portico.
